For mushroom growing (mycology) we make a 1 liter MEA agar formulation, pre mixed and pre sterilized (in our commercial autoclave). 

Guaranteed sterile and comes in a 1 liter lab grade media bottle.

Makes approximately forty 100mm diameter plates.

To use, simply place in a hot water bath until fully melted, let cool to pouring temperature and pour plates while working using your sterile culture practices.

Keep refrigerated after open.
