For mushroom growing (mycology) we make a 750ml of our MEA agar formulation, pre mixed and pre sterilized in our commercial autoclave. 

Guaranteed sterile and comes in a Quart Ball Jar.

Makes approximately thirty 100mm diameter plates.

To use, simply place in a hot water bath until fully melted, let cool to pouring temperature and pour plates while working using your sterile culture practices.
